How Wemble Goes Live in Days: Entra ID and Just-in-Time Provisioning

Most firms go live with Wemble in days, because deployment is built around what law firm IT teams already run: Microsoft.

Sign-in through Entra ID

Wemble authenticates through Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on. Nobody creates a Wemble password, because there are no Wemble passwords. Lawyers sign in with the same identity they already use for email and documents, and the firm's existing conditional access policies apply automatically.

Just-in-time provisioning

There is no user import step. When someone signs in for the first time, their account is provisioned automatically from Entra, with the right name, title, and group memberships. Joiners appear when they join. Leavers lose access the moment IT disables their Microsoft account.

This removes two tedious parts of any rollout: building user lists before launch, and maintaining them after.

The rest of the checklist

  • Intune-friendly. The mobile app can be provisioned centrally to all devices, with push notifications approved firm-wide so users never see a permission prompt
  • Teams and Outlook. The integrations deploy centrally through the Microsoft admin center
  • Zero training. Updating your status takes one click; there is nothing to teach
