Experience profiles
Wemble reads the short description lawyers write with each time entry, and AI sorts the work into the categories your firm chooses, such as work type, industry and client country. It runs on your firm’s data for your firm’s own use.
Experience search
Partners filter the firm by client, work type, industry, practice area or responsible partner, over three months, a year or all time, and see the hours behind each result. A star marks work the lawyer wants more of.

Billed hours sit beside how busy each person says they are, so the firm can see who is stretched and who has room.

An associate sets how busy they are today and in the coming weeks. Every channel shows the same status and forecast.
Microsoft Teams
An app in the Teams sidebar, which an administrator can pin for everyone. Reminders can arrive as Teams notifications.

The same app opens inside Outlook.

A native app with push reminders. It supports Microsoft Intune app protection.

Lawyers set their status inside TIQ Time, next to their time entries, and it stays the same in Wemble.

To start, Wemble needs only Microsoft 365. Sign-in, accounts and the Teams rollout are set out on the IT and deployment page.
