Wemble Launches AI-Powered Experience Management
Every law firm already owns a detailed record of who has done what: years of time entries, each with a narrative describing the work. "Drafted SPA disclosure schedules," "reviewed informed consent forms for phase II trial," "prepared closing checklist for refinancing."
The problem is that this record is buried in millions of lines of free text that no one can search. Wemble's new AI-powered experience management changes that.
Reading the narratives
Our pipelines process the firm's historical time narratives entry by entry, classifying each one by the type of work performed, the matter type it belongs to, the industry of the client, and the skills involved. A narrative about drafting a share purchase agreement is classified as M&A transaction work; one about a phase II trial consent form is classified as clinical trials regulatory work.
From there, the classifications roll up into a structured experience profile for every lawyer: hours by work type, by industry, by client country, and by the partners they have worked with.

From narratives to knowledge
At one firm, our pipelines classified more than 260,000 time entries across two thousand matters. The result is a searchable experience base that stays current on its own: every new time entry updates the profiles.
- No forms, no surveys. Experience profiles build themselves from work that already happened
- Real depth. Specific work types, industries, and client contexts, with the hours behind them
- Combined with the live picture. Experience answers "who can do this?"; Wemble's real-time availability answers "who can do this now?"
Lawyers can also star the areas they want to grow in. Both past experience and growth interests appear when work gets assigned.
Privacy and control by design
The pipelines run on the firm's own data for the firm's own use. Classification happens at the matter and narrative level, and firms control which sources feed the profiles.
